On Windows 10 64-bit, using SVG Shell Extensions version 3.2.3. I've had it work once or twice, but most of the time, when I right-click on an SVG file and select Open with "SVG Text Editor"... it pops up an error message box claiming it cannot find the program:
Using SVG Text Editor through the standard Open With menu works fine once I add it, and the Export to PNG files... context menu entry works.
I've tried reinstalling, uninstalling, rebooting, and ending and restarting Explorer in several combinations with no effect.
