Restricted Source License (RSL) v1.0
Issued by The Null_X Foundation / Operation
Preamble
By directive of The Null_X Foundation / Operation, this repository is classified as a Restricted Digital Artifact. Unlike permissive or copyleft paradigms, this license enforces a doctrine of controlled non-propagation: the code contained herein is intended for observation only, not duplication, derivation, or redistribution.
This repository exists as a readable construct, not a reusable resource. Access does not imply permission. Visibility does not imply transferability.
All rights not explicitly granted are intentionally withheld.
Section 1 — Definitions
To eliminate ambiguity and semantic loopholes:
“Repository” — all files, code, assets, commits, and metadata contained within this project.
“Extraction” — copying, downloading, scraping, or otherwise obtaining any portion of the Repository for external use.
“Fork” — any replication of the Repository via GitHub’s fork feature or equivalent systems.
“Derivative Work” — any project, codebase, or artifact that incorporates, mimics, or is based on this Repository in whole or in part.
“Explicit Authorization” — a direct, written, and verifiable statement issued by the Repository Owner or The Null_X Foundation granting specific permissions.
Section 2 — Default Restrictions
Unless Explicit Authorization has been granted, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
Forking the Repository.
Cloning or downloading the Repository for reuse.
Copying any portion of the code, including snippets, structures, or logic.
Creating derivative works based on this Repository.
Re-uploading, mirroring, or redistributing this Repository in any form.
This is a zero-permission baseline. Silence does not equal consent.
Section 3 — Conditional Permission System
Permissions may only exist under Explicit Authorization, which must:
Be granted directly by the Repository Owner or Null_X authority.
Clearly define the scope of allowed actions (e.g., fork, partial reuse, modification).
Be specific to the requesting individual or entity.
Absent this authorization, all restrictions remain fully enforced.
Section 4 — No Implied Rights
Interaction with this Repository — including viewing source code in a browser — does not grant:
Rights to reuse logic or implementation patterns.
Rights to replicate functionality.
Rights to reinterpret code into another form or language.
Even “inspiration-based” duplication that closely mirrors this code may be considered a Derivative Violation.
Section 5 — Attribution Is Not Permission
Providing credit does not override restriction.
You may not use this code even if you fully attribute The Null_X Foundation.
You may not fork, copy, or adapt this Repository under the premise of acknowledgment.
Attribution without authorization remains non-compliant.
Section 6 — Enforcement Clause
Unauthorized use triggers the following classification:
The violating project will be designated a Rogue Derivative Artifact.
Rights granted under this license are immediately and permanently revoked.
The Null_X Foundation reserves the right to publicly document violations within its Restricted Code Registry (RCR).
Section 7 — Limited Viewing Rights
You are permitted to:
View the Repository via GitHub’s interface.
Analyze its structure for educational understanding (without copying).
This constitutes read-only cognitive access, not material access.
Section 8 — Warranty Disclaimer
This Repository is provided:
Without warranty of any kind.
Without obligation for support, updates, or clarification.
The Null_X Foundation is not responsible for how you interpret or misunderstand the contents of this code.
Section 9 — Authority and Control
The Null_X Foundation / Operation retains full and exclusive control over:
Distribution rights.
Permission grants.
Future licensing changes.
No third party may override or reinterpret these terms.
Section 10 — Affirmation
By accessing this Repository, you acknowledge:
“I observe but do not extract.
I learn but do not replicate.
I request permission, or I refrain.
The code is not mine to take.”
Issued under the authority of The Null_X Foundation / Operation
License Version: RSL v1.0 (May 2026)
Classification: Restricted - Non-Forkable - Authorization Required
“Visibility is not permission.”
