Write select binary budget files

Is it possible to write the binary budget file for an advanced package without writing the model .cbb? I have a large transient simulation where the model .cbb is tens of Gb, but I just want GWF of the MAW connections. Looking at the documentation, I see I could get what I want from the obs utility, but just saving the .maw.cbb would work better in my workflow.

There's no way to completely disable the model budget file and still get advanced package budget files, but you can configure the model budget file to end up empty, by not saving flows for stress packages.

Concretely, if you don't SAVE_FLOWS in any stress packages, MAW included, but you have BUDGET FILEOUT ... in MAW, I think you should get the full MAW budget file and an empty model budget file.
