As a steward of OpenFn, and someone in charge of determining the appropriate level of investment in various features, I'd like to know how much usage the AI powered workflow generation tools are getting in deployments around the world.
Much in the same way that we track the number of active workflows in a day, or the number of runs in a day for a particular project, we should track the number of interactions (:ai_chat_sessions, :ai_chat_messages) per project on a given day.
