can't the system just make it unable to send? like a error pop-up |

This has been asked many times, iirc short answer is it's really hard to make it kid-safe and it would be too much for moderation |

yuh, we literally just dont have the moderator capacity and may never have it, automated methods are too unreliable to use exclusively, and user reporting is not reliable enough at all to exclusively rely on either |
