This is a demo PR where we explore how we can use the new subsite structure to make function capabilities more discoverable.

  • Currently, a function can has a large monolithic guide structure
  • We want users to be able to progressively discover everything they might need while using a function -- with an overview + description to learn if this a tool, a smaller scoped getting started, performance tuning guides + tutorials + changelogs to get get the most out of a function, and API reference readily available
