[Feature] Add support for closed captions

First of all, thanks for your interest in termv

My vision of this project is to make a small, easy to use terminal script to watch live tv and making a GUI would be in conflict with this vision.

But Adding captions seems like a good idea and I'll look if I could implement it

for closed captions using lowest bitrate stream, i use command:

TERMV_DEFAULT_MPV_FLAGS="--ytdl-format='worst' --hls-bitrate=min --cache=no --no-resume-playback --sid=1 --slang=en" termv

Has subtitles but I still have to manually turn on subtitles in mpv, even when using --sid=1.
