Fixes several internal-consistency issues found while reviewing the repository.

Changes

  • Regenerate claude-skills.json — the manifest listed 78 skills but the tree has 79. offensive-netexec (merged in an earlier PR) was missing; it is now included, so the count and the per-category list match the files on disk.
  • offensive-netexec frontmatter — converted the YAML folded scalar (description: >) to an inline quoted string like every other skill. This also fixes a garbled ">\n…" description that the manifest generator produced from the folded block.
  • README — skills badge 78 → 79, Active Directory category count 1 → 2, and added the offensive-netexec row to the Active Directory index table.
  • Remove tracked Skills/.DS_Store — it was added to .gitignore in an earlier commit but never untracked.
  • Remove .github/workflows/python-publish.yml — dead boilerplate that publishes a Python package to PyPI on release, but this repo has no package to build (no pyproject.toml/setup.py); it still contained the template "put your own distribution build steps here" line and would fail on first release.

Not included (flagged for follow-up)

  • 28 skills still ship in the older ## Metadata layout with no YAML frontmatter, so they do not load via the Claude Skills system and show empty descriptions in the manifest. Converting them is a larger change left for a separate PR.
  • CONTRIBUTING.md references tools/check-skill.sh, which does not exist.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

- Regenerate claude-skills.json: now 79 skills (adds offensive-netexec,
which was merged without updating the manifest; fixes off-by-one)
- README: bump skills badge 78 -> 79, Active Directory count 1 -> 2,
add offensive-netexec to the skill index table
- offensive-netexec: convert folded "description: >" frontmatter to an
inline quoted string matching the other skills (also fixes a garbled
  description in the generated manifest)
- Remove tracked Skills/.DS_Store (was gitignored but still tracked)
- Remove .github/workflows/python-publish.yml: dead PyPI-publish
boilerplate; repo has no Python package to build
