Prevent auto update if the Cpanel version is old/unsupported

cpanel version: 11.62.0.39
add-on version - latest release

Steps to replicate

1. install the add-on on an old cpanel version
   2.Turn off the "auto-updater" from running as the downgrade was ran previously

Actual result

The add-on updates and overwrites the downgrade.

Expected result

For the add-on to no longer update when a downgrade was run.
For the add-on to integrate the downgrade steps during installation if the cpanel server is old/unsupported
