If you have run an agent in production and something got through, describe it. A rough description is fine, we do not need a repro. Attacks nobody has written a pattern for yet are the useful ones.
Also interested in the opposite: benign text that gets blocked and should not. Those go in Issues as bugs, but if you are not sure it is a bug, ask here first.
