We have mode-writer and skill-writer. How about tool-writer? Writing tools is a bit finicky especially since the only way to test them is by asking Zoo to run its tool. This mode could have a dump of the documentation from https://github.com/Zoo-Code-Org/Zoo-Code-Docs/blob/main/docs/features/experimental/custom-tools.md and some additional examples.
