This PR was opened by the Changesets release GitHub action. When you're ready to do a release, you can merge this and the packages will be published to npm automatically. If you're not ready to do a release yet, that's fine, whenever you add more changesets to 16.x, this PR will be updated.

Patch Changes
ff87222: Reduce cold MCP output-schema compilation and validation memory by factoring large remote schemas into small referenced validators. Preserve seller constraints, reference scopes, formats, and protocol dialects. Add required regression checks for generated function size and repeated output validation, and reduce discovery's peak-memory budget to 512 MiB.
49c7f16: Reuse compiled MCP output-schema validators across tool listings and connections with a content-keyed LRU capped at 256 entries and 64 MiB of serialized schemas per MCP era. Preserve legacy and modern JSON Schema validation behavior, isolate schemas with conflicting
$idvalues, and release compiler caches on eviction. Schemas exceeding the byte budget still validate but are not cached; generated validator code contributes additional memory beyond the schema-byte allowance.Add reproducible performance comparisons using real AdCP schemas, with CI guards for repeated compilation, event-loop stalls, peak RSS, retained heap, and compiler retention after LRU eviction. Reports include an uncached reproduction and a hidden-cache memory-leak negative control.
