index.html does not show anything in chrome

Hi just wondering I downloaded the files https://github.com/airpair/T0021-airpair-angularjs-tutorial

but when I click on index.html ,it doesn't show anything and I see just blank page in chrome.

Can you please help resolving the issue.

This is because the "index.html" has references starting with \\. This is the alias of "the current using protocol". If you are testing the index.html in the file:///-protocol you need to replace the \\ with http:// (in each JS- or CSS-reference)!
