Add an new image to a form

Hi all,
I would like to ask if it is possible to add an image to a form. For example, I have created the new form and between a title and a description I want to put the picture there. Or any other ideas? Should I extend something inside a browsercms? As I can see, I think adding the picture somewhere in a form is not allowed, is it?

I'd ask for the same.

One of solutions for this problem is creating a page where you can add an image and a form but you receive an error that there don't exist a function on a nil value.
