No se que se debe ingresar

this prompt will show up if you enabled this option in your login settings:

This must be enabled only if your partition has multi factor authentication enabled, in which case connecting requires you to enter a one time password provided by a third party authentication appication.

If your partition doesn't use MFA, just disable the setting in your login settings and it should let you connect.
