Template in YAML config

Config changes to YAML config of entity_controller require HA restart. Entity controller config cannot be dynamically updated during runtime.

Allow templates in entity_controller config.

I would also like to see this feature implemented.
I am working on making my entity_controllers configurable from the ui and the lack of the feature is the only thing that blocks me. Especially I need this to make use of the input_datetime elements to set the start and end time of the night mode.

I started some initial work on this branch but facing issues withthe Home Assistant template class.
See this line. any idea how to implement async_render render here? EC requires a response at the time the t.render() function is called. Not sure if it is possible to use async there.
