Add podSpec for CocoaPod?

thanks for this, looks very good! I would suggest adding support for Cocoapods :)

Under which license is your source? MIT?

First, thanks for your reply.
Current, DPNotify is in MIT license.
But current library using swift 1.0 and not optimized yet. I will fix bugs and update to lastest swift language then update it into pod.
