Audit tmp directory should be unique

Create a uniuqe run directory like like "floability_run", and take base directory as argument. Creating a "tmp" in current directory will override previous run.

The tmp directory only contains the temporary logs created using strace which are used to generate the list of dependencies in the base directory. Any successive run of 'floability audit' will create new logs which will override existing ones in tmp. Saving previous runs would monotonically add up these logs.
