Subject: [PATCH] Restore meals grid cell width on wide viewports

The iOS pan fix wrapped the weeks in min-w-[37rem] under HScroll's
w-max port, so desktop cells collapsed to that floor. Size the
pan box with max(100%, 37rem) and let the grid fill it.
