Succesfull Synology DS218+ implementation - Anyone interested let me know and I'll write a brief HowTo

After several trial&error sessions (even temporarily moving to Raspberry Pi ;) and only 1 disc drive out of 3 was functional.
Got it finally configured and running incl.
- AUTO_DISC_RIPPER=1
- AUTO_DISC_RIPPER_EJECT=1

So far BRs are working, need to get my hands on 4k discs to verify, after that it's handbrake-handover time to squeeze the size...
