Home Assistant relies on this Broadlink library for its Broadlink integration. A few months ago, Home Assistant launched an infrared send and receive platform, which allows users to capture and send codes within Home Assistant, rather than within learned devices.
This exposed a bug in the Broadlink library, which I reported here. Essentially, any signal sent by Home Assistant, through a Broadlink device is degraded about 7%. This is affecting users' ability to use their Broadlink devices as emitters.
This repo seems dormant and inactive, and I would love to help support. Rather than forking, would you be open to a co-maintainer of this repo?
