Downloadable Excel file in documentation is not working

Describe the bug
The downloadable Excel file referenced in the documentation (Level 1: The Vocabulary Reference Workbook) is not working. Attempting to download it does not succeed.

Yes, I know, but I also think you are looking at the wrong download button.
The bad link is an issue which was implemented with release 0.0.1rc1. You can get the newest version of the excel sheet if you don't look at the "latest" stable version, but rather look at the current development version.

The development version also has all the latest term changes and so on included, where as the latest stable version is just the last release i have officialy set.

Since I am currently having set the zenodo client to make a published release on zenodo of the next github release, i want to wait with the next release till i have fixed some of the last bad links on the webpage. Because with zenodo links I can't delet them as easily as i can delet them on github.
So if you need the latest excel sheet you can currently use this link:

The restructuring of the excel sheets is one of these aspects which i want to implement before doing the next release. (describing what is a Class and what is a slot/relation.)
