Issue: OpenAPS freezes and does not recalculate glucose adjustments for a long time

While using AAPS, my CGM glucose values update normally. Temporary targets and percentage profiles can also be switched either manually or automatically via AAPS Client. However, OpenAPS sometimes gets stuck and fails to recalculate for up to 30 minutes at a time. If I manually pull down to refresh the Loop page on the main controller device, AAPS will immediately run its calculations again.

Would it be possible to add a Loop page with a "Run Now" function on the remote AAPS Client? This would allow triggering closed-loop calculations remotely. Thank you very much for your help!

I don't experience this but I think you can restart AAPS with SMS commands as a workaround if you didn't know. This will in turn trigger a new loop run. https://androidaps.readthedocs.io/en/latest/RemoteFeatures/SMSCommands.html#other
