Task: Publish MVP package

Description

Publish @openworkflow/diagram-editor as a new npm package under the renamed org scope. Configure npm Trusted Publishing (OIDC) for the new package and confirm first release matches the current diagram-editor version/feature set.

Completes the scope migration from @serverlessworkflow to @openworkflow
