Drag and drop not working

Drag an drop doesn't work anymore, at least on Windows x64
I've tested it, worked fine on 1.4.0, stopped working on 1.5.0 and still doesn't work on 1.5.1
I've only tested on windows, cannot say if also broke on linux.
