fix: resolve npm audit vulnerabilities

Run npm audit fix to address 24 vulnerabilities including node-forge,
glob, minimatch, brace-expansion, lodash, picomatch, dompurify,
webpack, svgo, and others. 23 remaining require breaking changes.
