Working with a test instance of an Identity Server app running on Windows Server 2019 in my dev environment. Just started seeing errors:
An exception occurred while processing the key element '<key="xxxxxxxx-yyyy-zzzz..." version="1" />'.
System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException: Not enough memory resources are available to complete this operation.
...
Identity Server 8.0.6
Rebooting the server VM did seem to fix the problem.
I've never seen this problem before.
Any thoughts?
