Can somebody help or explain here?

In order to run brew bump you need to have BREW_DEVELOPER=1 set in your environment.
In any case, this command will fail with the below error because the updates are handled by @BrewTestBot

> brew bump logi-options+
==> logi-options+
Cask is autobumped so will have bump PRs opened by BrewTestBot every ~3 hours.

The application's update feed is not pointing to a new version at the moment, so brew bump wouldn't take any effect anyway.

In any case, the url in the cask is unversioned, so running brew reinstall logi-options+ will always install/reinstall whatever version is currently available at the download url, the casks "version" has no bearing on this.

The download url in the cask is the same as what Logitech is pointing to as their "patch" installer, because it is unversioned, so there isn't anything to update.
"https://download01.logi.com/web/ftp/pub/techsupport/optionsplus/logioptionsplus_installer.zip"

If you are on MacOS Monterey or earlier, then the cask won't be updated and you will need to manually apply the patch being provided by Logitech which is linked from the support article - https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/37493733117847-Options-and-G-HUB-macOS-Certificate-Issue

I'm running into this issue myself here when trying to bump the bitwig-studio cask. This one seems to encode a version directly in the formula, which implies some need for a manual update to me?
