Pursue tax advantages in a second jurisdiction

Right now only US donors enjoy tax advantage, suggestion on HN to do EU / UK next.

Opening a local subsidiary of OSE does not seem to make much sense: high costs, but very limited donation inflow (yet).

We could partner with a UK/EU analogue of CAF America (it does reverse job: making non-US charities tax deductible for US donors). Any reputable and efficient nonprofit candidates are welcome!
