Improve Grafana dashboards (+ Datadog & others ?)

• Build a v2 of Grafana dashboards that show KPI and graphs relevant compared to what we can see in competitors (SonarCloud, CodeScene, CodeRabbit, CodeScan, etc... check on internet).
• See if we can also publish Datadog & other observability providers dashboards
• Upate notifications sent by megalinter python code if necessary to build better dashboards / KPIs / Graphs
• Allow to upload grafana & other obs providers dashboards using mega-linter-runner (& auth / token variables)
• When updating megalinter source code, make sure that such dashboards are always up to date using megalinter internal claude skills
• Handle all that in megalinter-setup skill (optional)
