…te (projectbluefin#108) Adds a 'Full example (titan fast path, Tier 3, GO) — 2026-05-26' section to docs/vanguard-report-template.md, sourced from the 2026-05-26 titan smoke run (workflow bluefin-titan-smoke-xb9c2). This complements the existing Minimum example (Tier 1) with a concrete Tier 3 GO reference showing: - Tier 1 VM liveness block (dual-titan: titan-bluefin + titan-lts) - Tier 3 Full Loop block with parallel preflight + smoke steps (✔ tree) - Workflow Evidence block (Succeeded, 4/4, duration, parameters) - GO verdict line referencing the workflow name - Correct HTML comment format (status:PASS) Key differences from the Tier 3 NOGO fresh-VM example (projectbluefin#102): - Uses the titan fast path (always-on VMs, no provisioning steps) - Covers two variants in parallel (latest + lts) - All steps succeed — no Blockers section needed Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

The template previously only had a minimal Tier 1 GO example (single VM, no workflow step tree). This provides a concrete Tier 3 GO reference covering the titan fast-path shape that agents and operators see most frequently on a healthy lab:
