Total tile archive size reduction

The following pull requests aim to reduce the total archive size:

• Remove buffer from POIs layer #493 (3.7 GB)
• Remove building IDs and building minzoom 15 #495 (7 GB)
• Landuse, two competing options:
  • Remove unused landuse kinds #497 (17 GB)
  • Landuse geometry simplification #500 (9 GB)

Total reduction: 27.7 GB or 19.7 GB

If we take the build from 2025-06-02 as a baseline with 122 GB size, we have now reduced the build size by 3.4 GB with the POIs buffer cut #493. Current size is 118.6 GB.
