Configurable Puppet strict_indent lint check

As user, I would like to completely disable that check (not present by default in puppet lint) or be able to configure the amount of spaces (e.g. 4 instead of 2)

I got a solution to disable it, and maybe it's usable to you.

1. create a file: ~/.puppet-lint.rc
2. in the file above, put [--no-strict_indent-check] there. note: words in square braces
3. reload vscode, and annoying warnings disappeared.
   May you success.
