Could you elaborate. Did you download the stand alone script and rename it to setup.rb? Or are you trying to install Ruby Setup itself? If not, what project were you trying to install with it?

Howdy. I dropped this into a project to use it. Downloaded and renamed. Ran: ruby setup.rb. Then I would hit this error. I presume it has to do with the non-standard location of my ruby install.

Rather it has to do with how setup.rb parsed your non-standard install location. It was expecting an array, when it was actually a string.

I Just committed a fix. I'll hold out a while longer for any other bug reports then release a new version. You can download directly from script/setup file in the repo if you want to try it again. Big thanks for reporting this, let me know how it goes.
