Date decoding problem from IBPriceHistoryRequest

Hi, can anybody please help me out. I have this decoding problem from the IBPriceHistoryRequest, it seems to be a problem with the decoding of a date in the IBPriceHistory.

Is the data corrupt or am I doing something wrong?

I'm trying to fetch the historical bars like this:

If it's decoding error, check your gateway's date format (should be UTC) as the response seems to use some unsupported date format.
