Webhook event: entitlements.active_entitlement_summary.updated with more than 10 entitlements does not process after entitlement 10.

Describe the bug

Customers select a plan in our application, which creates them a Stripe subscription, and upon checkout complete activates their entitlements.

If there are more than 10 entitlements activated, then the first 10 get synced, but the rest do not.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior, please provide code snippets or a repository:

Setup a product with more than 10 features, create a customer, and checkout a subscription to that product. Active entitlements sync the first 10.

Expected behavior

All active entitlements to be synced into the active entitlements table

I see there is a has_more flag in the webhook message, is that being respected in the stripe-webhook edge function?
