Full Download procedure failed in ETS

Hello… I am using stm32f746G board with NCN5130. I am trying to 'Full Download' with ETS Tool over TP-UART. The problem I am facing is that the download procedure fails after the exchange of the following requests.

The expected request is memoryWrite(), but instead ETS sends a T_disconnect request. Are any changes needed to be done in the knx-demo-tp.xml, and should a new knxprod file be created? Or is there something else that I am missing. Has anyone faced this issue before.
