[Suggestion] Supports both array and object destructing for useBooleanState

Hi, nice to the first discussion!

Reading the official docs, I come up with that it would be good to support the styles of followings for useBooleanState:

const [state, setTrue, setFalse, toggle] = useBooleanState()

// or

const { state, setTrue, setFalse, toggle } = useBooleanState()

Since there are lots of returns from useBooleanState, we need to remember the order of returns. I'm wondering what's your thought. Actually I've Inspired by useInView from use-intersection-observer.

I understand the issue you're describing, and thank you for the suggestion.
That said, given the benefits of keeping interfaces narrow — as well as consistency across the library — I'm not sure it would be appropriate for only this hook to provide that kind of interface. 🤔
