From fc91b416f3d73c7b186c3b25de9c5a8adebdce40 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Mike Miller Date: Wed, 21 Oct 2026 16:19:04 -0400 Subject: [PATCH] ci: run Ruby jobs on ubuntu-24.04 ubuntu-latest moved to 26.04, and ruby/setup-ruby has no Ruby 3.2.0 build for it (ruby-builder ships 3.2.0 for 22.04 and 24.04 only), so lint, test, and Publish Gem all fail at setup with "runner detected as self-hosted". Pin runs-on to ubuntu-24.04 in ci.yml and publish-gem.yml. Moving off 26.04's gap for good means bumping .ruby-version, which is a separate change.
