Subject: [PATCH] Update privacy page with final Video.js privacy notice

Replace the /privacy page copy with the final privacy notice text.
Preserves the existing route, Layout/Container/Seo structure, and footer
navigation link. Sets the Last Updated date to August 24, 2026.
