"Settings saved" notification missing on multisite (when plugin is network-activated)

Describe the bug
When clicking the "Save changes" button there should be a "Settings saved" notification showing on top of the page. This is not the case on multisite setups.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install and activate Imagify (2.2.7 or older) on a multisite network (subdirectories or subdomains).
2. Add a valid API key.
3. Navigate to the Imagify settings page from either the main site or a subsite.
4. Click the Save Changes button.

Current behavior:
The “Settings saved” notice does not appear at the top of the page after saving changes.
Note: This only happens when Imagify is network-activated. Activating individually on each subsite, the "Settings saved" notification will be present.

Expected behavior
There should be a "Settings saved" notification whenever the user clicks on "Save Changes" button.
