Use regular expression matching on subscription titles or content to select matches or mismatches, and then choose to mark them as read or unread, just like Fluent Reader (I encountered some serious bugs that affected functionality, but the author seems to have abandoned the project).
Why
I have too many subscriptions, many of which I'm not interested in, but the RSS publisher doesn't offer filtering.
