Closes #974 (stacked on #900 restore + #901). New NftMintEnqueueService: enqueues to dedicated nft-mint queue (own worker/concurrency/retry via NFT_MINT_JOB_OPTIONS), deterministic jobId nft-mint-{clipId} with 409 on active duplicate, overflow-guard integration. New POST /nfts/enqueue-mint (201/409/429 docs, rate-limited) and GET /nfts/mint-status/:jobId (pending/confirmed/failed tx states). Tests: 5 pass.
