[WIP] Prepare #1010 Prisma and BullMQ integration tests PR

Status

This is a draft tracking PR for #1010. It contains no integration-test or infrastructure changes; the requested end-to-end queue/database verification is not implemented by this PR.

Intended scope

• Exercise the real service-to-queue-to-worker-to-Prisma path with isolated test records and infrastructure.
• Verify successful updates, failed-job handling, and transaction consistency.
• Ensure test Redis/database configuration cannot affect production and clean all test data after each run.
• Document queue/job API responses if those operations are exposed through HTTP.

Not run: this PR has no implementation changes.
