Done:

• Add new core cycles perspectives: capabilities, integration, automation, and the existing core: API productization cycle
• Generalize labels and content from API-specific to more generic, if not specifically API context.
• Improve language in all localization to more natural.
• Change all Portugues translations to PT-PT, because they were a mix between PT-PT and PT-BR
• Remove outside package dependencies in create-apiops package, move method-CLI to root package
• Make content integrity check pass by removing duplicate how it works steps that refer to the same resources
• Add some cycle-specific resources and canvases
