[PWGJE] Adding centrality dependency for recoil jets

Main update:

• add dependency on centrality for recoil jet analysis
• use 4 definitions of centrality: FT0A, FT0C, FT0M, and CentFT0CVar1
• centrality FT0C and FT0M are main, the rest will be used only for QA studies
• new process function to analyse the tracking efficiency as a function of EA and Centrality

Other updates:

• fixed the issues when the same particle level jet could be filled in the "Miss" histogram several times

Dear @vkucera,

The MegaLinter job failed because the Docker build attempted to pull the alpine:latest image from Docker Hub, but encountered I/O timeout errors while connecting to the registry.

Unfortunately, I am unable to rerun the job myself. Would it be possible to proceed with the PR as is, or does this issue need to be resolved first?
