Fixed: AppRun.wrapped was packaged with mode 770; the v1.13.0 AppImage asset has been re-uploaded with it now 755.

Rebuilt on ubuntu-22.04 (glibc 2.35 max for the main binary) with fixed permissions; v1.13.0 AppImage asset replaced.

• The text on the screenshot is mostly not in English. AppImageHub is in English: please make the application start in English when the system language is English or not set (the test runs it with the C locale), e.g. by falling back to English instead of to another language.
