Support the AArch64 cryptographic extensions #597

Support the AArch64 cryptographic extensions as one feature group.

• Cryptographic extension instructions are not supported

  • Affected features include FEAT_AES, FEAT_SHA1, FEAT_SHA256, FEAT_SHA3, FEAT_SHA512, FEAT_SM3, FEAT_SM4, FEAT_PMULL, and FEAT_CRC32.
  • These instructions implement fixed cryptographic round or polynomial operations with no complex addressing semantics.
  • Although encoded near SIMD arithmetic instructions, they form a distinct feature family and are best handled together.
