measurement_type was removed after luxtronik v0.3.14 release. With the use of the new identifiers, the look-up tables for type/unit/icon also had to be changed. NOTE: I have selected “luxtronik>0.3.14” for the time being until the exact version for the luxtronik interface has been determined.

Tested on HA 2024.10.4 with Bouni/python-luxtronik#187 and runs in parallel with BenPru/luxtronik.
