Add Envio to chain resources

Adds Envio to the developer resources list. Envio's HyperIndex natively supports indexing any EVM chain out of the box, including Beam, using your own RPC as the data source.

Also worth flagging that the failing Vercel check here looks like a preview deployment issue on the account side rather than anything in this change. The diff itself still merges cleanly.
